Title says 8 packs of 50g each (so, 50 x 8 = 400g). Photo shows a pack of 80g (so, 80 x 8 = 640g). Which are they?

There are 8 individual cubes in the pack.

Is the flavor more porkchop-like or more ham-like?

what is the shelf life of these do they require refridgeration
