Such a great DVD player for road trips! I love that it comes with a matching carrying/storage case - it keeps everything together and keeps it protected. The image is clear and the sound qualty is crisp. I really like how easy it is to fast forward, go back, play & pause (definitely kid-friendly). The car charger is super convenient and a must-have, so I am glad it is included with this player. I think the headphones are comfortable, as well. Additionally, the swivel feature is an awesome bonus! They really thought of everything with this set and I just love how it's all-inclusive and I don't need to purchase any additional accessories!

This company has an amazing customer support/service. I have a son and a daughter that i needed DVD players for and i saw one in pink my my little girl but couldn't find one in blue for my son so i contacted customer support and the helped me out right away. I received them in 2 days and the picture is great the sound is good and the kids love them and it gives me some quiet while on the road for short or long drive which make me very happy and i am not being distracted so easily while driving. Thank you funavo!

The product works and runs very well. It's kid friendly for sure. My 7 yr old grandson had to show me how to turn it on. Of that's not kid friendly I Don't know what could change for it to be any better. He's taken it on trips for entertainment, laying in bed at night to watch a movie on the weekend's. With him moving it around constantly never does it skip. It's a good product a must have if ever did be. My only 'con' is that i wish they could have had a print or theme for older boys and not have it look alot like toddlers or girly. But if buy it again for sure for the price is very reasonable.

Negative stars it does not hold charge at all! I bought insurance plan too and I have not had luck getting a hold of the manufacturer. Contacted Amazon and they found or return or exchange so I have to just use it while charging even though it says NOT to do this because it’s not safe! So not worth the expense and consider it a donation to the business since they don’t help you out. Total disappointment...

COMPANY WEBSITE DOESN’T EXIST!!!!I don’t think this company has a customer support center. The website listed on the manual (amazon won’t let me put it in the review) doesn’t exist and all the reviews were written in the past several days. They are verified reviews but why are they all so recent?The manual says there is a battery light indicator but I can’t find it. Battery life is less than the 5hrs indicated on the listing. It’s more like 4hrs because my kids went through less than 1.5 Harry Potter movies. I’m just glad I bought a SquareTrade warranty for it because if it dies I don’t think I will ever get any customer support for it even if it’s within the 12mo period.So warning .... BUY AT YOUR OWN RISKEdit:—————-I’m editing the review to 3 stars because the seller actually responded to my review. I still think it’s odd that the website listed on their manual is non existent. Crossing my fingers that I never have to contact them for anything.Another buyer let me know the battery light is in the front of the DVD player (well hidden behind the “grill”). Love this DVD player. We bought in December for our big move from South Carolina to California. It was perfect for our son who at the time was a year and 7 months. We bought a DVD player holder separately as you can see in the picture. It holds it to the seat. It worked out great. We also live about 2 hours away from family so It comes in handy for long drives.Just recently it stopped playing the dvds, and got in contact with the company and they are sending me a replacement. I hadn’t written a review when I originally bought it, but I feel it should have one because the customer service was kind and on top of things . Happy with my purchase . Great company .

I bought this for my son a couple of months ago. The battery life was initially enough for a short movie (1.5 hours). This was far less than the advertised "5 hours" of battery life, but was acceptable. Last week, however, the battery life has gone down to 10 minutes after a full charge. Literally 10 minutes!! And of course it's no longer eligible for return. I would NOT recommend this product at all.Updated review: after posting a 1 star review, a couple weeks later I received an email from the manager offering a refund or free replacement. It was disappointing to receive a product that didn’t work as advertised but due to the wonderful customer service I am happily changing my review to 5 stars. Good customer service is not easy to come by these days so it’s much appreciated. Eva the manager said she will send it express so hope to receive it soon.Updated again review: so, my replacement DVD player will now only play while plugged in. It does not hold any charge whatsoever. Disappointing. I emailed the company and have received no reply a week later...

I purchased this DVD player for my 3 year old for an upcoming vacation. Upon arrival I tried to charge the unit and it would not charge. I contacted customer service to make sure there wasn’t something else I needed to do and they immediately responded and offered to replace the defective device. I received the replacement device within 4 days after contacting customer service and it works perfectly. My son loves watching his favorite dvd’s on the player. The device is very cute and I love the matching headphones and bag. The only minor complaint I have is that the bag is too small to hold all the accessories.
