Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love this infrared sauna blanket! It is well made as all of the LifePro products. It is extremely easy to operate. It heats up really well. My routine incorporates heat level 8 for 45 minutes, 4x/wk. It is great for detoxing as well as for any muscle or joint discomfort. It was a godsend when I broke my left elbow and my right greater tuberosity as a result of a fall. I had elbow surgery and I firmly believe that the use of this blanket expedited the healing process. It was so comforting. I began using it about two weeks following the surgery. My only complaint is that I relax so much that I fall asleep almost each and every time. Thank you once again LifePro. P.S. I also have their vibration plate, infrared knee brace, eye massager. Great company that has wonderful products.

This is a wonderful blanket. It is well made... so far it functions great. The heat is not too hot and believe me I can take a hot sauna. The heat is deep and warms the muscles unlike regular saunas. I absolutely love this thing. After 16 surgeries and a lifetime of beating the crap out of my body this is exactly what I needed. I am post surgery foot reconstruction on both feet and I worried about my BP and my donor tendons being too affected from the heat. Well my BP dropped to normal because the circulation in my legs was so good from the blanket. I didn't turn it up all the way just to make sure I was not risking my health. The zipper is sturdy and it feels like nothing I have ever experienced. I sleep like a baby instead of tossing and turning from pain of many surgeries. I looked high and low for low to zero EMF. Life Pro has rated one of the best and it is affordable. Don't buy based on price, because we think the more expensive something is the better nope. Amazon had it on sale and I jumped. Gonna buy one for a friend as well. It comes with many mylar blankets for detoxing and it wipes easily with simple green or method organic cleaner.

So I promised after using this for a few days I would post a review. I personally hate to sweat mostly Infront my husband, oh well he will get over it. So I have used this 2 times. I do plan on using it more, just have to find the time to do it. Today I used it after my Waver vibration plate workout. It did seem to help relax the muscles a lot. However, Lightweight not at all, very heavy to move around, unpack and repack in the bag, but I do like that it has a carry bag to store it in. They had so many different ones to choice from so I received the natural stone pro, which they say is enhanced for deeper tissue healing, and detoxification, I feel the stones are a bit uncomfortable to lay on, now with that said, I did not put a anything down, just had a light weight tank and shorts on. I started with 20 min on level 4 day 1, and then today 25 on level 5. I got very relaxed felt like I could fall asleep, which was nice, then of course a cool shower and your awake. do I feel a difference not yet, but I hope to after a few more uses. I just diagnosed with RA (Rheumatoid arthritis ) i am really hoping it helps with the joint pain and the overall inflammation that I am having. My over all plan is to try and use this at least 3x week and see if it helps. Will post an update in a few weeks.

The family and I love this sauna blanket. The construction is high quality. We do like the zippered arm holes so we can read while using. It’s very relaxing, I get the best sweat going and it has helped with my weight loss journey. It’s easy to clean and the carry bag makes it easy and convenient to store when not in use. I’ve never been disappointed with any of the Lifepro products.

I suffer from autoimmunity and keep it under good control with a clean, regimented lifestyle rather than with medication. I owned a Heavenly Heat sauna for years and ultimately sold it when I moved into a smaller place. I've missed having a sauna, especially on days when I'm feeling run down. An ad came across my feed in a social media app for a higher-priced sauna blanket. In searching online, I came across this item and purchased it based on reviews. It's remarkable. The pod is rather heavy and feels high-quality. The plastic material is soft and flexible but very thick. I am astounded at how hot this blanket gets and the sweat that my body releases. It's comparable to what I experienced with the walk-in sauna. There are 8 heat levels and a timer that allows the device to run for up to 60 minutes. I'm accustomed to being immersed in the intense heat of a sauna so I operate this thing at level 8 for a solid hour. It's wise to start low and use for brief periods and work your way up as your body's tolerance increases if you're new at this. The product registration mentioned a limited lifetime warranty if registered within 7 days of delivery. I've only had it for a couple of weeks but I find myself using it just about every day, sometimes twice in the same day. So far, I'm impressed with the quality of the materials and the experience for the price and will update my review if anything changes with time.UPDATE: Still enjoying this item and not having any issues with it at all. I did want to add that as I do not enjoy the feeling of a sweaty body wrapped in plastic, I decided to place a beach towel inside and to lay another over the top of my body before zipping in. It's definitely more comfortable this way.

This is an excellent product to help with your detox process. It is heavy so I will dedicate a bed to have it available when I want to use it instead of taking it out of the bag each time. Once it is zipped up, the temperature is sufficient to cause the body to sweat and you can just relax and enjoy your own sauna at home. Another tool in cleansing the body of toxins. The stone tubes cause a deeper penetration and are not uncomfortable at all. Place a towel over them and then it will also help absorb any moisture.
