Broken Pump!
My product arrived with a broken pump as well. What gives!I did not read the reviews and I should have.

Love this moisturizer!

The application stick is broken on mine leaving a sharp end that is hard to use. That specific piece that is missing makes it impossibly difficult to use. Would have liked a refund but the manufacturer never got back to me and the seller obviously doesn’t care. Just purchase from Mac and skip the convenience of Amazon.
