Good value
These are nice and comfy and work well. They do slip a little bit so I wore them over tights. Protected my knees.

Comfy and help for floor work dance
Super comfortable. I used them for floor work dance. Not too tight, not too loose, not too bulky. Quality ok. For this price, do the trick.

Good knee pads
Nice basic design of knee pads. Does the job. Could do with being a little tighter to hold in place longer but still stops knee injuries during floor routines. Comfortable to wear.

Foam crumoled in 3 weeks.
I work for a supermarket in replenishment and we have to go on our knee everyday when we replen the lower shelves. Bought these to protect my knee and the fabric itself is great for wearing over a 10hr shift. But after 3 weeks the foam in one kneepad has crumpledand no longer offers the same.protecrtion as day one. In the 4th week the other kneepad has also slowly started crumpling. Would not recommend.

Good knee pads
I use these for kickboxing/Muay Thai. I've clashed knees with people many times in the past and these knee pads help keep my knees safe from damage now. No more knee clashing and pain. Decent quality. I tried to use them for wrestling but I didn't like using them for that. They serve their purpose.
