I am just suggesting getting subscriptions to take advantage of discounts while enjoying the best products without any added ingredients, stearates (lubricants which reduce your absorbency rate up to 67%!), silicon dioxide, Rice powder, rice flour, rice starch, potato starch, tapioca starch or any other forms of sugars or sugar derivatives, such as dextrose, maltodextrin, and many others which elevate your glucose levels.

This helped my gut pain

I use it to make reuteri yogart. It works great to populate the small intestines. The only thing I didn't like was they charged for shipping.

I fermented coconut milk with it and it leaves a gray film on top, which does not look appetizing, but it did not smell bad and tasted fine. I tried it several times, same processing temp of 100 F for 36 hrs. and the same thing happened. I don't know if it's only with coconut milk, have not tried with dairy milk. I used one capsule per can of organic coconut milk (60% fat), guar gum (3/4 tsp), potato starch (1 Tbs) and inulin (2 Tbs). If anyone gets different results (no gray film), please let me know.

I know this is important to many of you. This is a reply I received from customer support on strains used. Good strains. "Thank you for reaching out. 4 Star until I get a chance to use the product.The strain of our L. Reuteri is ATCC PTA 6475, while for L. Gasseri, it is BNR17. I have been on for a couple weeks and seems to be doing its purported job for regularity, bloating and slow weight loss.

I think this is probably a good product, but it is not working well for my intended purpose, that is why I gave it 3 stars. I wanted to use the powder in the capsule to make yogurt, but it sinks to the bottom of the jar pretty much right away. It will not stay in suspension and work as the culture for the yogurt.Otherwise it is good that is has an acid resistance capsule and getting both L Gasseri and L Reuteri in one product is great.

So I’m at the end of two weeks taking this regularly. First thing I noticed was that bloating was gone almost immediately. My pants are also fitting a bit better already but nothing drastic. I also started a diet about a week before I began taking these. I will update this review again at 3 months (hopefully I remember) but from what I can tell, there is definitely a positive feel while on these. If you’re on the fence and not sure about trying these, go for it. They are definitely working
