Great movie

Overall this film is massive, beautiful, seductive, cool...pure Wick and certainly the best of the series since the opener. But this only makes the small/annoying flaws more noticeable, because it could have been perfect. Spoiler alert: you can deduce from several of the following comments certain key aspects of the drama. PROs - the lenses, cams, photography, overall production design... - copping the Lawrence of Arabia match-to-desert-sun jump cut...Well done mini-homage to David Lean. - the sets, esp Berlin Museums, churches - daring, massive, expensive, beautifully realized! - the action (OTT, impossible, but insanely well done) - the on-location set pieces: Paris/Arc de Triomphe, stairs of Montmartre, Berlin Museum Insel - these are scenes of mayhem for the ages. - some cool new "table" rules/lore - Charon’s grave - The Tokyo hotel guy and his bad ass daughter - The new Princess of Wick's Rusk-Roma "family" CONs - the horse rider chase into the new elder's gratuitous, inexplicably pristine & geometric camp - explain the elder in the desert! who, why alone, how was he chosen/named/appointed? - explain the Marquis, his sanction and mission! what’s in it for him? why he have to do this? - the Marquis costumes...utterly whacked. This is not a Batman movie. - the Marquis sets (giant skyscraper rooms, the opera, hall of mirrors, colossal horse stables), just too OTT…30% too far, not believable - the Paris radio station messages and broadcasting studio in Tour Eiffel. Very cool but not necessary or believable. - Wick popping up all over the world (desert, ny, berlin, paris). How he get there? Commercial planes? Private jets? Magic? A little evidence of how he moves around the globe would bolster the narrative. - the blind assassin: cool, but really at the edge of credibility…one eyed gun-fu, maybe, zero eyes, not buying it. He could have been partially blind and 3x as bad ass. The glue on motion detectors were 3rd grade stupid. - Explain princess of Ruska Roma father's murder…how, when, why? What Wick have to do with it? Clarify mission from her: kill my father’s assassin. She could have wanted his gold teeth because she shot out his original teeth trying to save her father. The poker game with him as a dealer was also a weak attempt at Tarantino-style cinema-tension build up. - Clarify the random new assassin with the dog…wtf is he doing? why his book full of images, symbols? How he know? What does he want? Why he have dog? - In the final scene, Wick and the Marquis should have had a stand-off moment when the Marquis realized Wick still had a round in the chamber (didn't fire yet). Then Winston's line, then the Marquis makes a move and gets his due from Wick. Nuff said. Can't wait to buy this on 4k and revel in the imagery shot on full frame Arri digital with Arri Alpha anamorphics. Mmmmm.

It's an excellent movie. I was able to watch it in very good quality.

Cuarta parte de las andanzas del amigo john. esta es la edición de EEUU y viene bloqueada de región por lo cual sino tienes un reproductor multizona no podras verla. la edición es un autentico lujo tanto en imagen como en sonido, con un dolby atmos en la v.o impresionante. contiene pista de audio y subtitulos en español latino. abundantes extras. tambien incluye la pelicula en DVD.
