Yes this is pricey, but Amazon is the only place I've found it. I didn't know about it until after reading some Amazon reviews on diaper rash cream, especially since it's not a product in the US market. One of our twins tends to get eczema, and he also tends to get worse diaper rash than his brother. He had diarrhea (well they both did) for a few days and unfortunately their daycare didn't know/care enough to make sure his diaper area was clean AND protected, so the rash got so bad that when we gave him a bath he would cry.Our standard cream is Weleda, which does work very well but IMHO mostly as a preventative. It worked better than the usual culprits (butt paste) but still not all that great to heal *existing* diaper rash. I saw Bepanthen on Amazon and decided to give it a shot. The rash still took a few days to heal but I think most of that was regression during the day - applying this stuff at night after a bath and the rash would look significantly better in the AM, but worse by the time he got home from daycare.Now we also use this for various moisture-related rashes, like ones due to constant runny noses and drooling. It's roughly the consistency of a thick white glue - not pasty like most diaper rash creams, but coats extremely well and is hard to wipe off (exactly what you want from a salve).This is now our daily go-to cream for both of the toddlers and I've used it on our older kids as well.

My baby seemed to be born with a rash, from day one she was very red. I took her many times to the pediatrician and he kept saying that was something I was eating and passing through the breast milk but I was not buying it specially b/c I cut everything from my diet possible. I tried every single thing you name it, people would say it worked I bought it: triple paste, Neosporin before the ointment, Lasinoh cream, hurts bee, powderers, and the list goes on. So my house keeper sees my struggle and say she had the same issue with her daughter and for 6 months nothing cured. Then she said her cousin, from Brazil, had a premie baby and the pediatrician subscribed Bepanthen to her, she said they sent her and it was the only thing that cured her baby. I though I would give a try thinking was just one more thing to add to my endless list. I was stunned, one day/night and my daughter woke up with nothing, baby skin literally. I'm only using this as her dipper rash cream, the pediatrician in Brazil said was ok and many moms there do it. I definitely recommend. Also I love that it has no white residue when changing a diaper. Simply THE BEST!!!

AWESOME PRODUCT FROM GOD!!!! First time I ever used this product was in Ireland with my husband and cousin. My cousin and I got tattoos while in Ireland and the tattoo artist recommend this stuff to put on our tattoos. At first we were a little skeptical because we know better than to our baby paste on a fresh tattoo. But the very next day after getting our tattoos they looked amazing!!! No scaring no peeling no nothing!!! I use this stuff practically on everything!!! Acne, bug bites, scratches, cuts, my children's bottoms, and my tattoos!!! I will always buy this product over and over again until I die!! It heals everything over night, not lying and I am not getting paid to even write this review. I just thought people should know how AMAZING THIS STUFF IS!!!!

We fell in love with Bepanthen while living in New Zealand and getting tattoos. We even continued using it for various wounds along the way and would get tubes of it for friends having babies.Had No Idea we'd one day want to keep tubes on hand for our own baby!! :)I ordered this off amazon to go with a large order I was placing... pooey... it is the British version vs. the Australian version... does not smell as good at all, I think it's missing the Almond Oil... but I'm sure it works just as well.

I have been using Bepanthen for my little girl since she was born. She is almost 2 years-old now. I moved to US last year and couldn't find this item sold anywhere here. I have no choice but to try other nappy cream from the shelves. My little girl got rashes after using these creams. I am happy that we can get Bepanthen online. Now, I only apply it twice a day and she has no skin irritant at all. I don't have to apply it during every nappy change. I received this item promptly as promised in the shipping confirmation.

I bought the cream because my baby had a bad rash that wouldn't go away no mater what I tried. This cream soothed it a little bit but wouldn't cure it. It would keep the inflammation down a little bit. What it did help with is the CRACKED NIPPLES I was battling with while breast feeding my 10 month old baby!!!!! It fixed the problem rather faster than I expected! Also, my sister-in-laws baby had some eczema like rash on his neck fold and the cream did winders! I'm giving it 5 stars even though it didn't dramatically help with the diaper rash problem but it helped with the other two! It also came a lot faster than expected. Thecestimated arrival was in 4 week (from England) but came in less than 2 weeks. Free shipping was awesome too!

I used this with my eldest in UK every time his lil checks looked a bit irritated and within the day it will all be gone. Thanks to Bepanthen n Vaseline he never had a diaper rash. Couldn't find it in US and my second got a diaper rash at 5moths that I just couldn't get rid off. I tried everything. Like my first I put the "diaper rash creams" they sell here when I could see it starting but nothing worked. In fact some of them made it worse. I was desperate and was overjoyed when I found Bepanthen on Amazon. It took a while to get here but ever since I got it it's miraculous power has saved my lil man from discomfort and me from heartache.I just wish I could buy it from Target.
