Works perfectly!
Second edit: I contacted the company about the problem and they were going to immediately send me a new one and I was supposed to get it by a certain date. Days and it was never sent out. Then they were going to overnight it. I didn’t get it overnight. I got it, three days later than what they promised.. I installed the new one today. It worked on one TV with a picture, but I didn’t even bother with a second TV to see if I got a picture because the sound didn’t work, I called them again today.. The one that I received today wasn’t the same as the one that I was trying to replace it was from a sister company. They are going to try to replace it, but I’m not sure which one if I’m getting from Service or the sister company which had a plug that was too big for my power strip, and I really had to waste plug space because of it. They can’t overnight it The second replacement I’m not really very happy with his company. They’re going to send it by ground.Edit. I purchased this May 17, 2024 and today is August 4, 2024 and it died today. I’m very unhappy. I hope it has a warranty longer than 2 1/2 months, And I hope it can be replaced quickly.I purchased another highly rated unit. It didn’t work at all and their customer service was nonexistent. This unit worked perfectly. It was easy to set up. I have a TV and cable box in my living room, and my bedroom shares the same wall, it just seemed crazy to pay for another Cable box. I bought a long HDMI cable and put the splitter in.. I bought a splitter along time ago, that eventually died, so I could watch TV in my bedroom. I can change the channel with the remote app in my phone. If I want to watch TV in the bedroom while I’m working around the house as well as in the living room, I can do that. I also can watch TV in bed and have the TV in the living room turned off. It’s great and works perfectly!

Passes Dolby Vision HDR 10 and LPCM audio
Finally, a device that actually passes through the signals the way they’re meant to be. I’ve bought other devices on Amazon that claimed to be 4K Dolby Vision but then they mess up the audio. This device not only passes Dolby Vision HDR 10 but passes all of the digital audio as it receives it. Specifically I was looking for LPCM pass-through to my amplifier. The other ones would butcher up the signal of this one passes it all the way through. Haven’t tried the other supported audio for him as but claims to do a lot of high and audio formats.

Edit: Good after warmed ?
Updated Edit:OK, so after warming up ? this toslink splitter is working well, except in 1 regard: sound is still a bit tinny. I have to turn BOTH sound bars up louder by 13 to get any bass out of them. Not a deal breaker for just 2 sound bars alone, and across the room, BUT having 1 of those sound bars with a bt bass and 2 rear satelites, I should not have to hurt my ears any further than they already are. And since it sounds tinny, add being louder, the rear speakers are too loud with trebble and are really hurting my ears.I am leaving the original review below in case others run into this issue, or want to try 2 sound bars together.Reccomended for dual toslink splitter, as I have read reviews of much worse similar items.Original review:Although it does split sound, it echoes pretty badly on both sound bars. Also, the 5.1 (sounbar + sub with 2 speakers) does not work, or worse when it does work it echo's badly right in my ears. Even not using surround on either soundbar it still produses an echo. Turning each sounbar on/Off relieves some of the echo by 1/2 but does not get rid of the echo.Splitter seems to remove all Bass from my soundbars, making them very Trebble loud. Even when adjusting the Bass on the Nakamichi, it is still very Treble load.Splitter feels very cheaply made. Hard brittle plastic, no wieght to it at all.Shipping was bad also, as it just gets thrown in a bag and shipped, where the little thin box that houses this splitter is just not enough to protect it from being knocked and thrown around.Use:1x Visio 5.1 sound bar1x Nakamitchi 5.1 sound bar1x Samsung 65" QN65Q9FN TVBoth sound bars work on thier own just fine.I got this splitter hoping to add more Bass to my Vizio sound bar. Since the Vizo has very good Talking sound, and the Nakamichi has vrry good Bass, I was hoping to get the best of both worlds.Overall, NOT reccomended, especially if using 2 different sound bars (dont think this is the issue though).

Works flawless in my situation
I use this on a NVR to split the video to a 4k TV and a 1080p portable display. And it works flawless. No issue with audio or video quality.

Easy Peasy
Wanted to stream my Roku to two different TVs in my basement. This worked perfectly. The only hiccup was that the splitter needs its own power supply and I was out of spots on my power strip. Once I sorted that, I plugged the splitter into the power supply, then plugged the Roku stick into the input side of the splitter, then lastly plugged two HDMI cables I had into the splitter outputs and plugged the other end of the cables into my TVs. Viola - both now show what’s on the Roku simultaneously.

Works as listed
Purchased the J-Tech Digital Optical Splitter to run my wireless headphones. Only had one digital out on my TV, this allows me to connect to my Sonos speaker and wireless headphones. I still had to purchase a digital to analog converter to use the RF headphones. Works fine. Recommended product.
