I love Marvel
Good film for the end of Ant-Man, very enjoyable. I love the way it ended with the possibility of another Ant-Man in the future at some point. I am a Marvel fan, so I'm going to love all Marvel/DC films, etc., although I'm not a great lover of the DC franchise; I love Marvel the most. I've seen everything, bought all the films, and got loads of things related to Marvel as well.

Great film, shame about delivery service
Great movie. Delivery date received was correct. The delivery service was terrible because the package was left downstairs in front door area and not brought to my door as instructed.

The coming of Kang
Another Marvel comics movie. As ever, you'll only get into it if you've seen all the previous ones. Having seen their Disney plus shows might help also with this one, although I think you'll get by if you haven't.It's another Ant Man movie. he's still basking in the success of saving the universe. But he now faces his most terrifying foe yet. because his daughter has become...A HUMAN TEENAGER!Ie: she's rude, arrogant, and thinks she knows better than all the grown ups who have far more life experience than her. Anyone under the age of seventeen who bristles at this comment: remember it forty years from now. You'll know I was right.Ant Man, Wasp, his daughter, plus Hank and whatever Michelle Pfeiffer's character is called then manage to get trapped in the quantum realm. Where the latter's past actions when she was trapped there are going to come back to haunt them. Because someone is there who really shouldn't be allowed out...I actually liked this more than I expected to. Thanks I think to Paul Rudd who is once again really affable and carries the whole film well. But:His daughter, although she does get better as it goes along, is just not likeable at all.Michael Douglas and Evangline Lilly get so little to do they might as well have not been in this.Michelle Pfeiffer needs to be for plot reasons though. There is absolutely no sense of scale. It might as well be an alien world. There's a cameo from someone who is not a comic book character. It's not a bad cameo. But it should be as good as Jeff Goldblum's appearance in Thor:Ragnarok. It isn't. They end up being a bit wasted. And there's a heck of a lot of green screen. This was filmed in the days of covid restrictions, but it doesn't help.Added to which, the trailer promised something which would have been interesting if it had followed through on it. But it doesn't. I gather the end was changed at short notice due to a leak. If it had done what the trailer promises, it could have had a much more powerful ending. But it doesn't. Which frustrates.Jonathan Majors as Kang, who we meet here, isn't bad. He does give a good go at points of being a character with, let's say, an awful lot on his mind. But at other points it comes over like he's doing a William Shatner impression. We do also get an entirely cgi realisation of a character from comics. You might not be able to suspend your disbelief with this one.Ultimately, this is watchable. But it only exists to set up what is to come. So you probably won't be coming back to it. Remains to be seen if Jonathan Majors will as well, at the time of writing. But we shall see. There are of course two end credits scenes. One of them is why i mentioned [minor spoiler] having seen certain tv shows will help.Of course, as ever, there are no extras on the dvd.Subtitles and languages:Languages: English, English audio captioned, Spanish.Subtitles: English, Spanish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish. French, Dutch.NB: it doesn't mention the latter two subtitles on the box. But I checked the dvd and they are there on the menu.

Fun to Watch
Apart from the start seeming like a quantum version of Star Wars, it e eventually remembered it was a Marvel adventure and became enjoyable.
