Been taking these now for a six months at the recommendation of my doctor after routine bloodwork showed I had low vitamin D. Honestly I only tried this for my husband who has health issues. I'm not sure it did anything. However I will tell you that the PURE Company is the only supplement company I use! I can't say if it has worked for me because I haven't done the blood tests, but I did my good research on this product and it turned out to be one of the best and lighter products, it shouldn't fall hard on your stomach and it's essential to take vitamin D with vitamin K for better absorption and so that calcium doesn't accumulate in the bones, it's a good product at a very good price and I know that in the end I'll have very good results and very good value for money. It has very good absorption and a small size that will be easy to swallow and has no flavor and is very easy to digest.
