I have never writtten a review for anything, anywhere, anytime in my entire life. Never was impressed enough by any purchase to do so. Until now! My wife and I bought two of these to replace two very expensive La-Z-Boy power recliners that were part of our living room set fell apart after a few short years. Though the lifetime warranty on the frame was a determining factor in our decision to buy those, the service fee for labor for repairs became exorbitant (and had to be paid in cash). The plastic pieces used with the motors (five year warranty) also broke on both chairs rendering them useless. In addition, the bonded genuine leather covering on the chairs, as well as the sofa, began to peal away scattering small pieces of fabric all over room leading to constant vacuuming to keep the area clean.Gun shy about buying furniture sight unseen and physically untested, we overcame our apprehension primarily because of the 30 day return/refund guarantee provided with these chairs. So, we closed our eyes, crossed our fingers, rolled the dice and hit “complete your purchase”. And boy are we ever glad we did!!! Three days later the truck rolled up and my wife and I had two new leather power recliners sitting in our living room where two shabby wrecks had sat the day before. Everything was just as described and they worked perfectly. I had the two of them put together in less than an hour. And I’m 72 years old! There was, however, one very small defect in one of the pillowy arm rests on one of the chairs that did not bother me but annoyed my wife. Two weeks into living with these chairs, my wife insisted that we try to get the seller to send us a replacement for the armrest. So I emailed the seller that night. The next day I received a reply from the seller apologizing for the defect and stated that they would be more than happy to take care of my problem. Two days later my doorbell rings and there is a Fed-Ex delivery at my door with———wait for it———A BRAND NEW CHAIR!!! YES!!! A WHOLE NEW CHAIR!!! No questions asked; no hemming and hawing; no run around. No B.S.. Just a GREAT customer service response from this seller for a minor problem with there product. What more can you ask for?! That’s been our experience. Now that’s not to say that you’ll have the same experience but if our history is any indication then by all means, rolled the dice! You just may end up a winner, too.

The recliner is great! It was purchased to use after my wife's major back surgery; it has worked very well. She sleeps like a baby. The only issue is figuring out how the arm pads fasten down securely? I recommend this chair!

Not much to dislike. Very supportive overall. Two motor mechanism was effective, just s little slower than would've been preferred. Front edge of Seat could use a taller "lip" to help prevent sliding forward, but that certainly is no deal breaker.

This comes in one big box, take it apart and you can carry the separate pieces into your home and assemble it there. Very nice, just as good as the ones at the furniture store, but half the cost AND didn't have to carry it home, as it is delivered to my door. My wife had hip surgery and this works great for her recovery, as she can sleep in it. This chair is a bit unusual, in that you can recline it past horizontal and have your head below your feet. Great for swelling. If you make it horizontal it makes a nice bed.

I will just say this chair is number one very small. The heat is minimal and it is not comfortable. Would never recommended this chair. Customer service is non existent. Another reason to stop using Amazon.

Elevated leg rest is too short and it's not very comfortable to sit for long hours for me I am disappointed with the product.

I ordered this recliner and received within 2 days. Well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Biggest issue was getting it out of the box as it is heavy. My grandson assembled, hooked up both remotes as well in about 45 minutes. I'm so pleased with this purchase and highly recommend purchasing this recliner.

Unfortunately I was not the right size for this chair. My wife and my son fit wonderful, but I’m 6”2 345 lbs. pushed the limits of the chair. I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately, less than 24 hours and took care of my problem. Will recommend to anyone, just do your homework if you’re close to the limits of the chair description!
