I seriously fell in LOVE with this knife as soon as I held it in my hand. When I used it, I knew I had found "MY" PERFECT KNIFE. I got the knife on 6/20/19. However, after about 2 weeks I noticed a noise in the handle!! Kind of like the blade is loose inside the handle. But, I'm not giving it up!! As long as it continues to work like it has been, it's my 'Go To' knife for paring veggies or trimming the fat off the meat! Would definitely buy again, if needed.

This knife is perfect for chopping veggies. My other knives are decades old (seriously). I could probably gnaw things apart easier than I could with my old knives. This knife is very sharp and makes cutting a breeze. The curve of the blade makes it fun to pivot on the point and chop. It comes with a plastic sheath for storage, and a metal guard to wear on your finger as you cut. It's awkward, so I haven't used it since the initial cuts. I just pay attention and so far, I have 10 intact digits.

Very nice knife and super sharp. Only concern is whether it's capable of being sharpened. Some indications are never to sharpen a ceramic blade. Others indicate you can. Don't want to ruin it. I guess for the reasonable cost, it would be easier to purchase a new one. In any event, it is still a good buy.

I got this knife a week ago and I love it! First the packaging was beautiful and it also come with a finger protector and instructions,which is super important! It slice everything so easily and the price is great!

The knife was not the greatest because I needed to clean stuff off the blade while I was working with it. I figured for the money it was OK, but, despite the fact that the blade was always kept guarded in the sheath it came in the tip just broke off while I was cutting an onion. This is a first for me... in 50+ years I have had knives get dull but I never ever had one break. Don't buy it. It lasted less than 4 months.

I got this knife as a present for my boyfriend, who is a chef. He was really excited about it until it broke on the first day within the first few cuts. I had read the reviews and expected more. I would not recommend this product. Thankfully, Amazon has great customer service and I was given a prompt refund on this item which I will spend on a new, metal knife as a replacement present.
