Cute costume
Cute costume. It has a very nice fullness slip in it. I got a size large for my daughter who wears a size ten, and while she could get it on without problems, it fit better on her smaller friend, especially since my daughter is tall for her size. Somewhat thin fabric, but it hasn't torn, and isn't transparent at all. The hat is cute, but doesn't stay on well. But overall, a beautiful costume.

runs smal, fragile
In my class i had to dress up as an early colonial girl, and my mom ordered this costume for me. When i tried it on it looked very realistic and good. But it was a tight squeeze. after school when i changed out of it, i tried so hard to get it off i ripped it in half. And i wasnt trying THAT hard. So runs small and very fragile. I wear size 10 but my mom saw on the reviews it runs small so she ordered size 14- still too small.

good fabric. Nice detailing
Very cute costume. Well constructed, good fabric. Nice detailing. Bought for my granddaughter who is 8 and slight of build. She's a gymnast so quite slim. I selected Large and it fit her very well. If wanted it to fit perfectly I'd need to take in the waist and back but for a costume it's fine. Length is perfect too.

Order up by several sizes!
Awful. Much smaller than size marked. Except for the length, I don't think it would fit a toddler and the fabric is tissue thin. Not appropriate for stage use at all.

Poorly put together
This item came to us and had a rip in the arm, a rip in the hat and the front half of the dress decoration was missing. There was no time to return it because my daughter needed it for her colonial days. Waste of $30+ dollars! If everything had been intact, it would have been perfect!

Awesome costume
Love it, runs small 12/14 size...she is a tiny 9 year old, thought I would have to alter it, nope fit perfectly!

My daughter is pretty small and wears a size 8 normally. This was very tight on her.
