Madigan Mountain Series #3
Devney Perry brings us the third and last book in the Madigan Mountain series, set in a small-town family-owned snow resort. This story combines brother’s-best-friend and sports romance and it was fantastic!!Crew is the youngest of the Madigan boys, just like his brothers he left home right after he graduated from high school. He has not spoken to his dad in years, there are some hard feelings of the way his mother’s death was handled. His dad checked out and left Crew and his two brothers to fend for themselves. Reed his older brother is getting married so he is coming home for the wedding. Crew is now an elite and famous snowboarder.Raven Darcy runs the ski school at Madigan Mountain. She is Crew’s best friend younger sister and someone that he might have had a crush on but did not act on it because he promised her brother. Raven is unaware of his crush, so doesn’t give him the time of day, but Crew uses his charm to seduce her into a one-night stand. While he is home his two brothers want him to help to make Madigan Mountain an elite Colorado resort, a place for world class athletes to train and ride. With his attraction to Raven and helping with the project he decides to stay for a while. The chemistry between these two was off the charts!! It was not all heart and roses there was a lot of back and worth, but it was fun to watch. We get to see Crew and Raven in their elements with the extreme winter sports. I loved seeing Crew build Raven’s confidence up with her snowboarding. I was really upset with her brother the way that he treated her was just wrong!! I also love the family part of the story all the past issues that he has with his dad, a little heartbreaking at times. From start to finish this story captivated me, there was never a dull moment. Some fantastic secondary characters to richen this story. We were gifted with an amazing epilogue. This has been such a great series. This is the second series that these authors Sarina Bowen, Rebecca Yarros and Devney Perry wrote together, both fantastic. Hope there will be more!!

Entertaining Read
It's been twelve years since Crew Madigan, an elite snowboarder, has stepped foot on Madigan mountain, his family home. He never wanted to come back but his brothers asked him to come to Reeds wedding so he plans on spending one night and to be gone again in the morning. He has baggage, he knows it but has no plans to deal with it. When he sees Raven Darcy, the girl he secretly thought was the most beautiful young woman he knew all those years ago he finds her still just as aloof as always when it comes to him.Raven pretends she is not attracted to Crew, but she is not kidding anyone Crew though is her brothers best friend and it would be a disaster if they hooked up. A wedding night, a few drinks and a dance lead to one night. That is until Crew is asked to stay for some photo shoot and then a few other things keep him from leaving while he and Raven continue there secret arrangement. Lines get blurry and both Raven and Crew will have to face up to where they really want their relationship to go.Raven is great and I think Crew found a since of normalcy with her. His past is really sad and you can see why he has a bit of a chip on his shoulder. This story has a lot of twists that surprised me, really well done.

age gap, brother’s best friend
Crew Madigan returns to Madigan Mountain for his brother’s wedding. He sees his best friend’s sister Raven and realizes she has grown up while he was away the last 10 years. A one night stand sounds like a great idea. One night turns into a few which turns into weeks which turns into Crew training for the X Games on Madigan Mountain. All the while Raven and Crew agree to be friends with benefits in secret. Crew had a lot of soul searching to do in his story. To me it felt like he was dragging Raven around when he kept staying (yes he was heroic and then he helped his brothers so it made sense, but it bothered me). Raven had to find a new way to be supportive of her brother. I was not expecting the ending quite the way it happened it I do think it was the endig Crew and Raven deserved.

Never say Never!
A LITTLE TOO WILD (Madigan Mountain) by Devney Perry A Champion Snow-Boarder's Romance Story. Crew Madigan, the face of snowboarding in America, is at the peak of his career. At 30, he knows he can't keep competing forever, but is at a career high, and will keep going as long as he can. He left home, his family, and the family skiing resort, as soon as he was old enough. His mother and the glue of the family had passed away when Crew was just 14! His father was so devastated that he neglected everyone & everything. His older brother took over getting Crew through high school and on the straight and narrow. When Crew left, he said he'd not be back. His father's neglect, when he had needed him most, was a hurt he was never going to forgive.Crew was asked by his older brother to come home to Madigan Mountain for his other brother's wedding. He couldn't refuse the brother who had cared for him after the devastating loss of his mother. So, Crew said he'd come back for a day and one night. He was impressed with the changes his two brothers had made in Madigan Mountain; it was on its way to becoming the newest of the elite Colorado resorts. River, his best friend all through high school, was there to greet him. But it was River's younger sister, Raven Darcy, who caught most of his attention. She was all grownup and gorgeous. They danced that night at the wedding, having attraction to each other that was hard to ignore. This led to what was to be a one-night stand, but there was something about Raven had him staying a lot longer than he had planned.

👏🙌 Loved it
I honestly thought I would get tired of the narrative, son that didn't want to come back to the mountain, to face the demons of the past, bla, bla, bla 😂 this being the third brother I thought that I would be bored of the same thing but I was wrong.Mrs Perry is an amazing storyteller, Raven wasn't who I thought Crew were going to end up with, I hardly read anything about her in previous books but I end up loving her. Loved that Crew ended up having a better relationship with his dad and brothers. Really enjoyed it ❤️

A perfect ending book for this series
I loved the whole series and this one did not disappoint. Raven is totally impressive on a snowboard. And the relationship between Crew and her seems so intense and "natural" in the same time, it was amazing.Very sad to know there will be no more book of this series.

Raven and Crew
The Madigan Mountain Series is finally complete with A Little Too Wild by Devney Perry. I absolutely adore this series and can only recommend it.This book is about Crew who became a professional and successful snowboarder. I really liked to see this sport and I don’t think I’ve ever read a romance with it. My favorite thing about Crew was how he believed in Raven and always encouraged her to follow her dreams. I also really liked to see the interactions with his team.Raven is a consistent part of Madigan Mountain and the resort as she teaches skiing to children and beginners. Her passion for it is unmatched and I really liked to see her take it to the next level. She is an amazing heroine.Raven and Crew are an absolutely stunning couple and I loved to see their romance. Some scenes were very cozy, and others were very adventurous, and that mixture was incredible. The only thing I wish was different is that some scenes were a bit tell and not show, but at the same time I didn’t want the book to end.If you haven’t checked out this book and the series, do it.

.
Crew hasn’t been back to his hometown for twelve years - for various reasons - and when he returns for his brother’s wedding, he only plans to stay for one night. And in that one night he ends up hooking up with his best friend’s sister, Raven, whom he always had a crush on.But come the morning when he’s supposed to leave, his plans get derailed. He ends up staying a week. And then another. And finds he doesn’t want to leave at all because, although he’s missed his brothers and his hometown, he’s quickly becoming hooked on Raven Darcy.Oh Crew. So terrified of being hurt by his memories that he almost turned his back on the best things, the best people, in his life. And Raven had been hurt so many times by men she deemed to be just like Crew that she refused to let him in. Except he just wormed his way in there anyways. Easily too, because at the end of the day, she was already falling for him. Hard. The two of them were so cute together with their sneaking around. I thought for sure they’d get caught sooner than they actually did. But all their sneaking also made for hooooot scenes because of all the pent up feelings and tension. The epilogue kicked in a chapter or two before I was expecting it to, but it was actually a fairly perfect ending.
