Can you wear this whilst swimming?

It is important to note that our scar removal roll is suitable for scars that have already healed.The silicone scar sheets easily be washed and reapplied. after swimming please gently wash silicone scar sheet daily to maintain adhesiveness.Finally, we wish you a pleasant life. Do they contain steroids?

I think they don't. I've just checked the packaging and there is no mention of ingredients as such. They appear to be silicon sheets with adhesive to keep them in place. The silicon does the job apparently by keeping a moist environment to hasten fading. Too early for me to comment on effectiveness. Only used 5 days so far and 8 weeks needed for new scars more than twice that for old ones. They do a good masking job on the meantime, visually blending in well with lightly tanned skin should you have a naturally pale skin tone.
