Directions

1. Unwrap the tampon. 2. Hold the applicator between your thumb and middle finger. 3. Gently insert the applicator into your vagina and push it in until it feels comfortable. 4. With your index finger, push the inner tube of the applicator to release the tampon. 5. Remove the applicator carefully, leaving the tampon inside. 6. Dispose of the applicator properly.
