It is a very cool laptop
The computer is very good, the screen size is just right, the keyboard typing is very comfortable, the appearance is exquisitely crafted, and it is also very user-friendly, making it very suitable for office design. The computer runs very smoothly, has a high cost performance ratio, strong battery life, has a good texture, and runs at a satisfactory speed. It is a very cool laptop with a high cost performance ratio.

Laptop
I love the touchscreen and Bluetooth so I can cast easily to my tv, also the fact that I can have different tabs or windows open in the same screen at the same time withouth having to hide any well at least four apps or windows in one single screen, I love windows 11, amazing graphics and with the Bluetooth no more wiring needed so you can plug your speakers, perfect weight, great speed, good quality, and very functional and it's Versatility is just nice.

Great Computer---Poor Battery Life
I puchased this laptop about two weeks ago and there is a lot I love about it. Easy set up, touchscreen, graphics etc. I read other reviews that said the battery life was good or great. Maybe I'm fussy but I have to leave my laptop plugged in when I'm using it because the batter lasts about 2-2.5 hours if unplugged. It advertises about 6 hrs of battery life. I'm nowhere near that. But other than that I'm happy

Cheaply Made---No Battery Life !
This laptop is very cheaply made....and the moment you unplug it, it's goes down to ZERO. It's the worst laptop I have ever had and I am extremely disappointed. I guess, I have to buy a new battery...? A complete waste of money.

for the price a great VALUE
Quite frankly, at first I was hesitant. However, HP has been my go to and this new one is a pleasant surprise with the speed , capability and the touch screen coupled with the Ram and the main storage is a true value. Well done Amazon and HP

Fine computer for my needs
I am new to Windows 11 and trying to learn how to use some things with the laptop, but so far I am happy with the computer. I have not used the touchscreen much - not used to having it, but it does work - still haven't figured out how to cut and paste - no left or right click bar on the bottom of the little touchpad at the bottom of the keyboard, haven't figured out how to minimize pages I want to get back to, but, hopefully, I can find someone to direct me on how to do this, as sometimes the MY HP info has not helped me in simple terms - sure the info is there somewhere, but not computer-savvy. It is a lot faster as compared to my old laptop, and I am sure I will figure it out (with a little help from my friends) in due time.

Great laptop for college student
I ordered this for my oldest who started college this fall. It had all of the capabilities I was looking for and was very easy to set up. I was looking for a very specific set of features, and this met all of them. I especially like the 16GB of RAM so she doesn’t have to be concerned with system slowdowns as she progresses with her classes.
