I needed a vitamin b complex to help give me energy during the day and make sure I am getting all the nutrients I need. This B complex fits the bill with all the B vitamins in one capsule. I appreciate that I only have to take one per day and get all the benefits of many supplements. I need added B for many reasons (we all do) and I have definitely noticed these capsules being a help to my eczema, my hair and nails, my energy and my brain fog. This is a great price for 3 months!

I had put these aside because when I opened them, they weren't the bright yellow as usual and the "usual" sign they are working (bright yellow urine) wasn't present when I used them. So, I ordered a different bottle and kept on. When I ran out, I decided to finish these off. I still wasn't sure if they were working, until I accidently mixed them up with another pale yellow supplement, and started taking them at night. Whoops! The first night was fine, the second night I woke up in the middle of the night but was able to get back to sleep. The third night I woke up and was awake for hours. The 4th night, I simply didn't sleep at all. I thought it was my usual occasional insomnia, but I went back and looked harder at my pills that night and couldn't recognize that pale yellow capsule. I opened all my bottles and realized what I had done. I slept very well that night! So, regardless of the color, it works very well, giving a great boost of energy that lasts through the day.

My doctor suggested that I take a Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid Supplement since my levels were a bit low. I ordered this particular product since it is inclusive of all essential B Vitamins and is from a trusted company. The price was very reasonable. I love that it does not contain fillers and is non GMO. Capsules are easy to swallow. Would definitely recommend to others seeking quality vitamin B supplements.

After a web search, I asked my primary care physician if he was in agreement for me to stop taking a multi vitamin and start B complex vitamins. He said absolutely so, I switched and have felt better since the change over. Another humorous thing I'll add is, if I forget a dose the color in the bowl tells on me right away. When on schedule the water turns a yellow/green so if I miss I know it within a pretty short time. -)) Recommend Yes.
