Was a bit dubious about a glass mug for my elderly mum, but it's lovely and light weight. Once she got used to the lip being wider than her usual cups, she loves it as the light weight helps with lifting, the handles are perfect and she can see how much she has drunk.

Bought this for my elderly grandmother who has shaky hands. She loves it! It makes her cappuccinos look super stylish. It's light and copes with heat well - what's not to like?

Bought this cup for myself. I’ve been using since 26th March 2024. It was fabulous. This morning. It cracked while I was drinking my honey & lemon tea.Bubbles started appearing . On looking further a large crack at the bottom of the cup. Very disappointing as it’s only a few weeks old. & I can’t seem to see anywhere you can contact the company. Waste of money don’t buy. I only purchased this item as I have rheumatoid arthritis

UPDATE - UNFORTUNATELY AFTER A FEW MONTHS I HAD TO THROW IT AWAY after initially seeing condensation around the area, I detected a hairline crack, which progressively got worse and I wasn't willing to risk it shattering with a hot drink in it as a relative with dementia drinking from it. At the time they were no longer for sale and I couldn't get the company to respond to me. Shame as I'd been very happy with it before that.Only using for cold drinks as for someone with minimal shakiness currently, but very good quality
