Work Better than anything else out there
These are hand down the best out there. Don't be fooled by gimmicks, "fun" flavors and tiktok popularity. These are science and work better than everything I've ever tried. I work long hours in the hot sun and whenever I take one in the middle or end of a long day I can really feel the difference. But not just that on long haul travel, days at the beach or after a night if little too much drinking. They never fail, they make you feel hydrated and normal again, can't say that about anything else I've tried, and believe me I've tried many of them. I do wish i could buy these at a store, the powder quality is inconsistent when being stored in a big warehouse or wherever they come from through Amazon. They still work even if the powder looks a bit funky or comply, just have to stir it in a bit more than usual. Otherwise they're great!!

Made it to Everest Base Camp in Nepal with these!
It takes 7 to 9 days to hike to Everest Base Camp in Nepal and then 3 days to hike back down. Base camp is 17,500 feet and altitude sickness is a real threat. I knew the hike would be intense and that I would need some sort of electrolyte product to help keep me hydrated, replace the electrolytes I was losing, and fight off altitude sickness. The RecoverORS packets did the trick better than I ever imagined! Before the trip, I tried other electrolyte products (Gaterade, NUUN, and OSMO hydration), but I didn't like the taste and they just didn't seem to help all that much. After a lot of research I stumbled across RecoverORS. I know it doesn't specifically say "for hiking and altitude sickness" but it did mentioned "extreme sports" so I decided to give them a try. Every day on the base camp trek, I would mix two packets in my 1 liter (32 oz) Nalgene bottle every morning and than again in the afternoon. I drank 1 liter of RecoverORS and 1 liter of water before noon and then did the same in the afternoon. At that altitude and with the type of hiking we were doing, staying hydrated is so important and makes all the difference in the world. I made it to Base Camp and have used RecoverORS again doing the 26 miles Inca Trail to Machu Picchu in Peru and in all of my training hikes. I like the taste and I like how it makes me feel. It's definitely worth trying!

Great for Bikram Yoga
I started doing Bikram again after a 3 year lay off. For those unfamiliar, it is a 90 minute yoga class in a room heated to 105 F and 40% humidity. You sweat a lot and by that I mean ridiculous amounts of sweat. I normally go through 1 liter of water in class and 1 liter right after class. Normally I mix in coconut water and Emergen-C packs. They help but I was still feeling like I was drained after classes. I needed something more. So after some research I tried these and I can definitely say that I have taken them after two classes which I did 2 days in a row. They really made a difference. Normally I would feel tired and lethargic, but when I took these the feeling was significantly mitigated. Regardless to say I am a convert and will be taking one after every class.Regarding taste they are OK, don't expect Gatorade type quality but it is easy to chug down with some water. I wish they had a non-artificial sweetener version. I know stevia is considered natural, but it still tastes artificial to me.Bottom line, if they can help after working out in a 105 F room for 1.5 hours then it is safe to say they work. Better than coconut water and better than sports drinks.

Product has changed and is less effective.
I've been buying this product for years and it has changed so much this time it does not have the same benefits as when I first started buying it.Ex: The description on Amazon shows no sucralose but the ingredients on the packaging clearly reads sucralose.

Works wonders for hangover prevention
Bought this for a trip to Puerto Rico where I knew I'd be day drinking and out in the sun a lot. I had been experiencing awful hangovers lately even after only a few drinks and was looking for something to help combat the shakiness, nausea, headaches, etc. This product definitely worked! I drank several of these throughout the day as needed and one before bed/in the morning and felt considerably better than had I been drinking water alone. I think the key is to mix these in throughout the day/night while drinking and not just wait until the morning after so that you can prevent the hangover, rather than trying to treat it after it's there. Even if you forget and don't take it until the morning after I think it would still certainly help. Would highly recommend this to anyone! Taste is mild and the packets are easy to stick in your purse/pocket to be able to add to water while out. Don't think I'll ever drink without this again!

Obsessed and Subscribed But….
I tell everyone to buy these! I definitely put more water than it calls for to make it taste delish and increase water intake with the added flavor.Although, my last delivery had slightly different packaging and it tasted different. I’m so disappointed because I LOVED the original formula. It’s not bad but I don’t think I’ll be running around town telling everyone about it anymore and considering stopping my subscription. 😏

Great for hangovers
I bought this specifically for drinking. I am on of those people that 4 beers can make me have an awful headache the next day, sometimes evenust one glass of wine can give me a headache. I normally drink gatorade. I've even tried pedialyte, which seemed to help a lot but the taste was awful. It's so sweet, it was like drinking syrup. I researched trying to find pedialyte for adults, hoping to find a less sweet version and came across these. I just bought the 4pack first, to see if it was worth spending $30 on the 25 pack. I'm already almost out. No matter many drinks I have, I always make one of these before going to bed and it's a lifesaver. I'm sure these would be great for being out in the sun too and getting dehydrated. I've travelled loads and actually never gotten sick travelling (knock on wood), but I'll definitely be taking these in case it ever happens. Definitely worth the money, super convenient. They are less than buying bottles of gatorade, so I don't think the price is unreasonable.
