Don't buy worth less no effect

This is a darn good product. Elevates your heart rate and you can fell the effect when you exercise after having this post 30 mins. Be cautious though as you cannot do too heavy cardio, the heart rate bounces up very high. If you just eat this and expect weightloss to happen then that will not work. You need to have this supplement with a proper diet and exercise to boost the weightloss proceess.
