Ordered these as a replacement for mats I had purchased at Costco a few years ago. Although they are not quite as thick as I would have liked they seem very durable, stay in place and have a nice pattern. I was afraid the grooves would make them difficult to clean but they wipe off easily. The color was listed as red but it's more of a deep dark cherry which is exactly what I wanted.

The mats really makes a difference when standing on hard surfaces. No more achy feet.

I have to say that I am very impressed with this set of two mats that I purchased from Amazon and I received in a few days. The shipping was very fast and I was quite impressed by this, not to mention that it was actually put in a box and packed properly so it wouldn't rip the box apart. I have to admit that the mats are a little bit smaller than I thought they would be, but I think that was just my own idea of what I expected rather than looking at a tape measure and realizing that it was a great deal. They are nice and thick,( at least 2x as thick as the ones at the dollar general) and they are very well made. They also don't have any odor like the cheap ones do, you know that nasty chemical smell, but they really cushion your feet, I'm about 260 lbs and I don't feel the floor in the kitchen when I do the dishes or if I'm in front of the oven for a few minutes or longer than 20 minutes, my wife was in the kitchen doing sewing and she was saying that her feet were hurting and I asked her if she was standing on the mats and she didn't know that they were there so I got one and moved it to her and she told me that it made the world of difference within 10 minutes.
