Bought for my elderly mum. A few teething troubles to start with. Not helped with the instructions provided.

Bought for my mum who lost her previous phone she does'nt like the colour she prefers white she's set in her ways but it works

I bought this phone on Monday cannot send text messages can receive them but cannot send them just goes to outbox, thought it was a faulty phone because all reviews were great so send for another one as I need a phone because my son is disabled and have to have a phone for nurses deliveries so was going to send this one back when the new one came. new one came same thing cant send texts there must be a batch full of faulty phones because no one on here has mentioned it has happened to them.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a great idea for those older people that don't like the idea of a mobile phone. Placed on it charging stand they can look just like a conventional hands-free house phone. With all the benefits of a mobile phone. The larger button configuration, makes it easier for the older person, or someone with impaired vision, to be able to use this phone easier. It has all the functions that you would need from a normal mobile phone without the APP's. It also has an SOS function, and enables you to pre-program a number to call an emergency. This phone looks incredibly well made is very sturdy, It was really nice in my hand. I found it did everything that I would requireof a basic non App phone.

Its ok for the price

This phone has a very good battery life. Voice quality is very good. Best for elderly people because of the big buttons.

Performance: Overall ok for my 85 year old mum. But recently texts have stopped sending and it says "saved to Outbox" or similar. I thought it might be because sent folder too full. Annoying the sent folder does not have a "delete all" option. Crazy!! The outbox does.Any ideas please?

How this mobile telephone can be described "For the elderly" certainly is NOT TRUE.The ringtone is terrible and really quiet.The ringtone also csnt be changed for something better.The volume of speech when on a call is pitiful even with the adjustable volume control fully up.To do almost everything the amount of button pushing needed is ridiculous.I cant recommend this toy mobile for anyone let alone the elderly.
