Great for IBS(c)!
These are great! I have ibs and my probiotic was helping with my stomach issues but I was still having trouble going to the bathroom regularly. I asked my doctor about these fiber supplements after reading some great reviews. The gummy’s are a bit chewy but not hard. They taste very good. I have been taking them for 2 weeks and I’ve had major improvements in bowel movements and no issues with runny or loose stools. Sharing for my fellow ibs(c) sufferers. This is a great supplement! Love the subscribe and save!

Finally, a fiber gummy that I actually WANT to eat
These gummies taste delicious! I am taking a GLP-1 medication, and am hoping that these fiber gummies will improve my regularity. They are a bit firm to chew, but the great taste makes it worth it.

So in terms of the health benefits, idk, but these taste SO GOOD The taste and the smell is amazing, they’re the perfect size, and they’re so easy to just pop in and go! They’re a little more firm than I’d like from a gummy but given that they’re health gummies that makes sense lol

Delicious but tough
These Gummies taste delicious! Like, they literally taste and look like candy, which makes it easier for me to take them because they do look appealing. The reason I give four stars is because they are tough to chew, so it will take you quite a while to chew through them, but at least it’s an enjoyable experience because they are delicious. They seem to help with regulation so I will continue to use them.

Effective and delicious!!!
My doctor had me on a fiber supplement, taken in the form of capsules. I had to take 8-10 daily just to get 5g of fiber! I hated taking them, so I switched to these Olly gummies (per her approval), and they are AWESOME. They have been just as (if not more) effective than the regular capsules. They are delicious, and enjoyable. I can also share them with my boyfriend for a few days if he is in need of a little extra boost. I love it! They are a little chewy, I have even purchased them at Target and they’re that texture. But I’m not bothered, it’s better than the other stuff. Definitely recommend!!

Fair warning: they’re not your typical soft gummy.
These taste good, but fair warning: they’re not your typical soft gummy. They’re pretty firm and take a while to chew. Once I adjusted to the texture, I didn’t mind it at all, and the pleasant flavor makes them worth it for me.
