This product is a lifesaver!! It's a must have for anyone that explores nature. I like to drive out to places where there is no one else and explore. I've always had the fear of having a dead battery somewhere where I couldn't get a Jumpstart. I no longer have this fear! This is also great for camping or traveling to charge your phone or tablet. I had purchased the ZEVZO Jump Starter for my wife’s car. I already had a larger, bulkier, more complex model that I carried in my vehicle. I selected this newer model as it was much smaller, easier to use and had some inherent safety features (anti sparking) that I felt would be a better device in my wife’s hands. Additionally I liked the on/off switch and the built in emergency light. Finally, and probably more importantly for her, was the ability to charge either her cell phone or tablet off the included USB ports (two in total). Her devices are constantly running out of power at the most inconvenient times. If I manage to keep the ZEVZO charged for her, and safely store in the glove compartment, that issue will be resolved. Additionally I had purchased some USB LED lights that work perfectly with this device to provide even additional lighting should it be needed.To us this device to jump start the car simply connect the included jumper cables to the starter in the clearly marked spot (next to the USB ports). The green light on the cables will flash green. Then connect the red (positive) starter clamp to the positive terminal on your car battery and the black (negative) starter clamp to the negative terminal of your car battery. At this point the green light on the cables will stop flashing and will be a solid green. Then jump in and start the car. Simple as that.The device essentially has an on/off button on the side and a power switch on top. To use the starter to start a car neither of these buttons are required. If, however, you wish to use either the USB ports to power a device or to turn on the flashlight both the on/off switch must be on and the power button depressed. Depressing the power button again will allow you to cycle through all of the light options (steady, sos and flashing).As I’ve said, I have one of these devices in my car and have had occasion to use them. Even as an AAA member you will probably wait 60 minutes or more for a service truck to arrive. Much easier to quickly start your car by yourself and then have AAA come to your home to replace the battery. Additionally, even if you have traditional jumper cables, you still have to find another car/battery to jump your car. The first time you use this device in a cold, dark shopping mall parking lot you will appreciate having taken the effort to purchasing this device and keeping it charged… I know I sure did!!

I have had the opportunity to use this portable car jump starter twice in the six weeks that I have had it. In both cases, I was able to help strangers in parking lots, and it was a great feeling. This jump starter is a great investment, small, powerful, and easy to use.

This is the second one I purchased. My husband kept borrowing mine to start the mower. So I bought one for him. This jumper is so easy to use that this 60 year old lady, that never jumped a battery, did so with ease. Simple instructions. Worked very well on my crappy battery in my 2015 Honda Civic that would have stranded me 4 years in a row replacing batteries. Another story/lesson. They are well worth the money just for jumping batteries not to mention that you have a flashlight on it and you can charge your cellphone. Great sense of security.
