These bath mats were very poor quality the black fur on them came out an when wet clog up with pure water an drenches the floor..I was really disappointed with these..I can no longer use these for that reason an would like a refund

Material look different in the picture.
The delivery of this item took weeks.I had re vamped my bathroom with black accessories, so was pleased when this eventually arrived.However the pictures shows this item as having what I would say is a low and compact pile, the product is long haired similar to fake horse hair it looks awfulSo very disappointing.
