Poor QC
I received a defective Man Matters derma roller. There’s a foreign metal rod placed inside and some needles are bent. It was poorly manufactured, and no QC was done. Unfortunately, I opened it after 10 days of purchase and discovered the damage. Now customer care says that they can't help.
