Not as advertised
The model number in the listing is HNC324-XDZ, yet the camera I received reports its model number as HES324-VDZ (though it matches the picture in the listing). And when I try to apply the latest version of the English-language firmware for the DS-2CD2H45FWD-IZS camera I receive the error "The type of upgrade file mismatches". Unless I hear back from the seller I will be returning this product.
