If you are into F1 models to display on a wall or a shelf, oh say in your man cave, this rc caris cool to look at up until 5 ft away. Any closer than that and u begin to notice the lack of details and that it is just a toy. If you you want this model as an RC car don't even bother buying it. This is probably one of the worst RC cars I've ever spent 80 bucks on. It literally cant get out of its own way. The front wheels turn maybe a 1/4 in . making an for a huge turning radius. Any type of realistic racing is out of the question. The traction and power on this car are sooo low that trying to use it on a surface with any imperfections is not possible. However if u try to use it on very smooth polished floors won't work either. You have one option: a no pile indoor carpet that is perfectly smooth. No wrinkles, no fringe just cheap carpeting u would use to cover ur good carpet A total of 7 AA batteries are needed(2 for remote, 5 for toy). Hope this helps understand what this toy is good at and what it's not.

Great modelling, but the electronics feels a bit cheap(better if proportional speed and steering is added). Speed is decent, but can be improved.

This Mercedes F1 racing car an amazing duplicate of the real Formula 1 car! It is so fun I purchased it for my little brother and he absolutely loved it. It has his favourite F1 driver's name and number on the car, (Lewis Hamilton), which makes it extra special to him. The car drives very smoothly and very fast and the colours of paint and designs are an exact match to the real Formula 1 car! It a very big nice size, and is also very affordable. My brother loved it and so will you!
