My doctor had perscribed very expensive orthotics that didnt last more than a few weeks before my heel wore a hole in them. I've been using less expensive inserts since then and while I like them, I decided instead to try this.I love it FOR ME. I can walk around the house bare foot, which previously was too painful and not reccomended by the doc. I dont need inserts and can rely on these. I wanted to get these so I could go barefoot in the house. I hate shoes, but have plantar fasciitis so I have to wear shoes with insoles all the time. But in the summer, my inner child opts to go barefoot. And then the pain comes. Reading the instructions, you need to ease into these. Wear them at night for a break-in period, then you can lengthen the wear times. It took a few nights and then a day wearing them and the pain is gone! I know it will come back if I don't take care of my feet, but these things work! I have wicked high arches. DNA being what it is, my son who works from home and doesn't wear shoes has flat feet and plantar fasciitis. I'm recommending these to him. They are worth a try if you are in pain.

It sometimes works and sometimes not. Haven't seen much improvement. Be careful where you place it cause it can hurt after a while.

You have to wear double sock if you don't want them to move but again I have small feet. It feels good when you are wearing them . At least they were helping me but I stop wearing them .

The directions tell you to wear it at night for two weeks, then you can only wear it for five minutes at a time. The gel part is too high hard, and will put pressure on your arch that is uncomfortable. Again, the elastic is constructed for small, narrow feet, not an average American or Hispanic foot

I ice skate and I have very high arches. Those skate shoes have absolutely no arch support. I wound up with very painful plantar fasciitis. I needed something that would fit in my skate boot but give me lots of arch support. Most other supports I tried have a velcro enclosure and were too bulky on the top of my foot for my skate boot. These are great because they are a thin sleeve. The padding is on the larger side so I would only recommend for people with very high arches. These work great for me. They're also handy for summer shoes like sandals and flip flops.

It didn’t help relieve my pain. They seem well made and durable, and are a fair price. The padding seems thick enough and stable. I just don’t think the product could help me. I’m currently 1 week post op of foot surgery to try to fix my pains. Physical therapy and injections did not help me.

I have a rare genetic disorder that causes severe joint damage and as a result, I have fallen arches in my feet. It can be very painful so I had to try something. These look really simple, but they have made a huge difference. They give me support, but without being too restrictive. They are snug, but aren't too tight or uncomfortable. The bands that go around your foot are stretchy so they fit a variety of sizes. It's much more budget friendly than orthotics.
