WP-580C Cordless Advanced Water Flosser, White

I bought this very expensive waterpik in the UK and it no longer works, it apparently charges but it doesn't turn on, there is no circuit map to repair it. Very disappointed with the waterpik.

GAME CHANGER - top tip. Make sure it’s in your mouth before you switch it on. I have some gum recission this takes away hours of flossing. It’s super.

got this for Christmas, did a good job of flossing and the different brush tips were very good for my implants and crowns. It could get a bit messy, with gushes of water in your face if you set it off accidentally. also limited movement to get round back and front teeth. It has to be held upright or the water doesn't flow. It is also quite bulky for something meant to be a travel version, and the magnetic charger is also quite large for packing purposes. However it did the job, until mid February, when not even two months old, it started having problems and eventually gave up sending up a jet of water and just sent up a jet of air. the water was not picked up at all. I had to return it under warranty. Amazon support was great, but it is very time consuming and such a hassle. I replaced it with one from Amazon, not a brand name, but very similar, and half the price. This also has different tips, more rotation and a simple small usb charger. Glad I didn't buy another one of these. Very expensive in today's market.

Works well and has a powerful water jet—I did not expect this. So far, it’s been pretty good, and it can definitely get out some of more gnarly stuff from in between the teeth.

We bought a Waterpik Amazon UK, via seller Miracle Ltd or Ogden Global but after 6 months it has developed a fault. After more than 8 weeks of trying to get a replacement we leave this review. As a warning to others despite the appearance of this amazon listing this seller is not the official importer and the official U.K. distributor will not support warranty on products sold by this company. The seller is refusing to handle a warranty claim and replace or refund the product. The American division of Waterpik is not possible to make a warranty claim with if you live outside the US and the U.K. official distributor is telling us that they cannot support a warranty claim because it is a US version of the product. Meanwhile we now have a £100 scrap plastic lump that is useless. Strongly recommend avoiding this product as their sales and support seems to be completely messed up somehow.

I ordered it for my wife and she appears to be satisfied with it. She is the gadget person in our household.

It works real well. This was recommended by my dentist for receding gum.

I am a long-time Waterpik Waterflosser user. This is the third or fourth cordless unit I have purchased, and prior to that I had a plug-in unit. My most recent cordless Waterpik Waterflosser survived so long I don’t even remember when I purchased it. I had bought a cheaper waterpik clone after reading the reviews. But that did not last long. I however loved what a water jet cleaner could do. So i went in for the original. It’s expensive, no doubt. Now almost 2 months of intermittent use. I must say WaterPik delivers. There is an odd day when i see some bleeding in the gum. But that settles quickly. Better than using a toothpick, even dental floss.
