I purchased this to simulate an IED for LE training. I strapped an old, cheap watch around the "device" to simulate a timer and it works great.

Serves its purpose
Lightweight, relatively cheaply made, but it serves its purpose. My 9 year old son wanted it to play with. It's light enough that he can toss it across the room with minimal to no damage. One wick came out after a couple months worth of play.
