This is just the right size for what I was looking for. Keeps all the shavings away without making a mess and is compact enough to keep around. If you look inside You will notice that You can buy a replaceable sharpener that just needs a small Phillips screwdriver to remove the housing. Its their standard metal sharpener that goes in there. As with any pencil it sometimes breaks the lead but I feel that is due to the pencil and sharpening technique. Grip is good and I like the low profile design.

I like the fact you can sharpen without moving to a bin. The clear base allows you to know when it needs to be emptied. I find removing the lid to empty it slightly awkward, however. You have to press and push and it can be a bit stiff.

I spent ages looking at reviews on all different ones and then this was on special so far I’ve not emptied it but sharpened my hb pencils perfect. So glad I invested rather than buying a cheap on again.

Handy little tub that dies the job

Bought this for my niece. It’s very easy to use and sharpens her pencils etc. really well.

I'm delighted to have found this little gem of a sharpener. Works on Caran Dache Luminance, Prismacolor Soft Touch, and Polychromos Pencils. Amazing. I'm sure it would work on any other pencils too. Don't try Pastel Pencils though as they make everything go blunt! I hope this helps!

Ich schätze diesen Spitzer schon seit Jahren, funktioniert noch immer top. Da mein Mann auch einen brauchte, haben wir diesen gekauft. Einfach eine super Wahl.
