I purchased this product based on the description provided, which states that it works with batteries or can be charged. However, it does not specify anywhere that it must be permanently connected to a Type-C charger in order to operate.This is essential information that should have been clearly stated before purchase. Furthermore, having 2–3 units of fly fans with wires running between the plates is completely impractical and unreasonable.I request an immediate solution — either a full refund or a replacement with a product that works exactly as advertised.Mercy

This is my second year with these fans and I still love them. If you've ever tried to eat outside you know how bad the flies can get. We set these on our patio table when we eat and have fewer flies to deal with.Nothing gets rid of them all except cold weather, but these make a big difference.

Kids birthday is summer and flies make their way out. Last year they were climbing on everything we had out (after everyone had already eaten). By the end we notice those bastards and laid eggs all over one of the pizzas and it was gross. Bought four of these and not one fly landed on anything.
