Can i buy just the clip without the bucket?

Is this for only right handed people or both?

This attaches to your belt ,so will work on right or left side. Works great for both.

Will then hook over a normal belt?

Yes it is made to loop onto a standard belt or a window belt. The clip just allows you to remove the bucket when not in use (like when driving to another job).

Does it hold one or two squeeges?

Holds one. Can hold two if you need but just carry the second one on a hook on the holster.
