LogilinkSmile 4 Port USB 2.0 Hub - Black

I am using these hubs to connect USB mouse, keyboard, headset and webcam to laptops that only have 1 USB port and this handles all these devices perfectly. The price is exceptionally good compared to comparable products you find on Amazon. These are not USB 3 but the devices that are connecting will never max the speed of USB 2 so for me, these are perfect.

The product simply doesn't work, the power light comes on, but no connected usb device is recognised. Tried contacting seller to sort this issue, but to no avail. 0 STARS, WASTE OF MONEY!

It works OK for some devices but not others. I had a wireless mouse, wired keyboard and wired headset attached. The headset kept dropping out and nobody could hear me. The same devices work perfectly in a 10 year old USB hub that is a bit chunky so I was hoping to replace for this more compact model.
