I find it hard to take iron pills but this is easy and tasty. Also didnt cause constipation like other iron supplements

Iron supplement that doesn't taste as bad as SSS Tonic. Have had no stomach upset and I'm on my second bottle.

This stuff is great. I noticed the natural bust of energy when I took it and noticed the difference when I did not. Does not cause the potential constipation/irregularities that most iron supplements tend to cause, it is easy on the stomach and somewhat pleasant taste (Good in comparison to other iron supplements). I would recommend it.

As soon as I swallowed this I started dry heaving. Won’t ever know if it works because I can’t handle the taste. Taste like I’d imagine a shot of thin blood would taste. Sorry to be negative.

I was looking for something to Boost my iron levels up during my pregnancy, and these little packets came In handy. My iron levels came up tremendously. Will recommend.
