Above & Beyond Customer Service
Absolutely above and beyond customer service!!! I bought the Outdoor Master Dolphin pump over a year ago and it worked superbly. This year when I went to use it I had an issue NOT caused by the manufacturer but by me. I reached out to Outdoor Master Customer service just for guidance on how I might resolve the issue. Much to my amazement their online customer service agent just asked for proof of purchase and once provided they resolved my issue. I'm so blown away with their prompt replies and superb service well after the sale I just had to write this review.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!
I’m so mad I spent money on this. Everything the description boasts about is a lie! I’m blown away by all the good reviews and I do not believe we all have the same pump. The problem with mine is the hose. It’s made of the cheapest plastic and does not fully connect. If you lightly blow on it, it will come undone and you will lose the air in your board.I’ve had to purchase an expensive teflon mega tape to help seal the connection, but because the pump is so awful, it just overheats and melts the tape.Fast, easy, and efficient?? Hahaha. I’m so mad I paid real money for this garbage. ALL I NEED IS A HOSE THAT CONNECTS! As you can see in the pic, that’s the forever shape of the cheap, plastic hose. So trying to connect it is like swimming upstream. You can literally hear the air leaking out and if you touch it, it burns your hand. This pump is infuriating. And since they dropped the price, I bet you will all start getting the cheaper versions like I did, only I paid full price.Get a real pump. Save yourself the hassle.

Decent so far.
This is my first air pump bought specifically to use with a cheap iSUP. It works but takes about 12 minutes to inflate to 13psi. My board is rated for 15psi but I don't see the point when it's going to take that much longer to inflate to 15 and 13psi works well enough for me.It's very loud but I guess that's expected with air compressors. It also gets very hot. I would not recommend this unit to pump multiple boards one after another. I helped a friend pump his board up after mine was done and it took 3x as long. I could also feel and hear air leaking from either the pump cord or the unit itself while inflating a second board, so I'm hoping the unit didn't burn itself out. Also, to start the unit, you have to set your PSI level then press the power button twice to start the air flow. The unit came with a ton of adapters but the main one is the one I use for my iSUP.If you're looking for a heavy duty air compressor, I say keep looking. But if you need a portable compressor for your inflatable paddleboard and only pump one board at a time, I recommend this one. Again, you will likely burn this unit out if you need to pump multiple paddleboards one after the other. This unit is just about the most affordable compressor I could find for my board around the $50 range. I see there is a stronger, improved version of the OutdoorMaster but this one suits me well enough.

Works great
Fills a SUP/paddle board in 15 - 20 minutes, set the psi, turn it on and wait. A huge time saver, pumping manually is a pain but is a full workout for those looking for that. While filling I get everything else ready, strap in extra paddle end and cooler, fill kayak seat, put on sunscreen etc.Pump works great, not too loud about what you would expect (hopefully). Smaller than expected, which is nice for storage and is light weight. Nice carry/storage bag.Only downside I can think of is I have to leave the car running while pump is running.

Works, takes a while, no deflate function
Works well, and is pretty quiet, but does take 15 minutes to inflate a paddle board. (My friend’s pump only takes 5 minutes) but it’s still better than inflating manually. Does not have deflate function.

Powerful and Easy to Use
This air pump works great for both pool inflatables and paddle boards. It’s fast, reliable, and the digital display makes it super easy to set and monitor the pressure. No more guesswork just set it and go. A must-have if you inflate gear regularly!

Love not having to manually pump up my SUP
This pump works great. The ability to set a pressure and walk away is amazing. It does take a good amount of time to reach the set pressure when inflating my SUP, but not having to manually pump it is worth it.
