Faulty Product
18 months later and we are still experiencing problems putting this heated towel rail on a timer. Each timer has blown making us sure that there is a problem with the towel rail itself.We have persevered for this long since when we requested a return soon after purchase the seller did not respond to the Amazon returns request. Waste of money and time trying to fix this ourselves.

Good item, good delivery & excellent communication, with a fast resolution.
I bought this for a small cloakroom. It took a few months to get installed, but works well now it’s in. Upon installation I found that a blanking cap was missing from the electric rail kit. I emailed, and within a day the missing item was with me.

Super for the money!
It is of really good quality, arrived as promised with fitting details inside. It also had the 5 yr warranty which was good and not all towel rails have that. Well done.

Sturdy and well made. The supplied feet for wall attachment take up rather a lot of space for a 300mm towel rail, so I made my own, less space-taking ones, by folding 20mm aluminium strip. As to filling, the instructions say you must heat to temperature before sealing, and I should like to emphasize the importance of this. I was astonished (but shouldn't have been) by how much more water and antifreeze expand compared to steel. If sealed below operating temperature, this will put an enormous pressure on the joints, so it's important to seal at maximum temperature. When cold, a vacuum will form and the maximum pressure is only 1 atmosphere.
