A great portable stovetop to have
I got this stovetop a few months ago for my camping trip. I wanted something portable, and I’m not exactly a fan of gas stoves. This stove felt like a perfect fit for me. It’s safe, light and easy to use, and best of all it heats up fast.In terms of weight and size, this portable stovetop is not only small enough that I can put it in my suitcase, but it’s also very light and easy to carry. However, even with its small size, it can still heat up a relatively big pot very well. This stove is also easy to use with multiple settings. In terms of power, this stovetop can go from between 200 to 400 degrees. A common drawback of induction stovetops compared to gas stoves is that it heats up much slower, but that doesn’t seem to be the case with this stovetop. For me, it was able to bring a pot of cold water to boil in around five to eight minutes.Overall, I would say this is a great stovetop to have. It’s easy to carry around, it’s versatile, and it’s powerful. Can’t have a better portable non gas stovetop than that. It’s perfect for outdoor camping.

Perfect to sear meats
I have a glass top stove that is crappy for heating pans evenly-this portable induction cook top works perfectly, QUICKLY heats up, and offers even heat distribution. Great value for money. Use it twice a month for steaks/chicken searing after sous vide.

Not straightforward
The setting on this unit is not very user friendly. The first unit I purchased kept giving me E0 on display and would not warm up. The system was on but cold. I tried to call the manufacturer product support but I got recording in a language I did not recognize. Then I tried Amazon tech support for the product. That was a total waste of time. The guy had no idea how to diagnose the problem. He ordered a replacement for me and asked me to return the product, which I did. The replacement arrived after a couple of days, and the same thing happened. Now I knew that I was doing something wrong and that is why I was getting E0. After reading the manual again, it seemed like it did not like my pan I was using. I have been cooking on induction stovetop for the past 10 years and I never had any problems with any of my pots & pans. So it never crossed my mind that it would have problems with any of my high quality pans. It soon became clear that it would accept cast iron pans. That is when E0 error code disappeared and started heating. It finally worked and the rest was easy!

Surprised that it works faster than gas! Adjusts temps faster too!
It's hard to find anything bad to say about this unit, though I've only had it a few weeks. We have a unique cooktop that has two gas burners and two electric ones. Both are excellent. The gas responds almost instantly and the electric is both predictable and air currents have no effect--it simmers far better. I normally start rice on gas, then let it simmer on electric. But this inductive cooktop is better than both--it's not just as fast as gas to heat and adjust--it's faster, and far more precise to control, even more than electric. Like modern electric glass tops, there's no flame and it's super-easy to clean. And when you turn it off, it cools faster than either. The ONLY drawback is when boiling water for past at 1800w, it will, after a time, cut out and require a restart--just a little weird. Also, and it's not a drawback, you MUST leave it plugged in after until its fan stops. It's a tad noisier than than the cooktop, but not uncomfortably slow. And it gave us an excuse to update some of our pots and pans!

It works well, love it!
I wanted to test a small portable induction cooktop because I want to change from gas cooktop to induction eventually. I tested it with a compatible pot made for induction cooktops and I filled it with water. The water was hot within a minute. I am totally sold! This portable induction cooktop is also a great addition when I have all my family come over to eat and I have a lot to cook. Everything works like it suppose to and I love that I will save time to cook meals. What I also like is that after cooking it stays cool and you can touch it unlike other ordinary cooktops.

Sensor touch control with LED display !
I recently purchased this cooktop to replace my old one . I am really impressed by its performance. It is lightweight and portable! The large LED display is clear and visible ! And it is very user friendly to have sensor touch control . I can easily adjust temperature, change setting and enable child lock ! Just a simple touch on the panel and I can finish all these function ! Plus, cleaning is a breeze . Black crystal can prevent cooking oil from sticking on it. I just need to wipe the oil off . Very easy to maintain ! The cooktop is very powerful ! The highest power is 1800w, making it efficiently get food cooked ! Overall ! It is great cooktop to have !

Works but really loud
This did work, but I sent it back because it was as loud as Hades. And I didn't like how it seemed to stop working if I took the lid off my metal pot.
