A great way to save money.
A few weeks ago my tablet suddenly started to take more than 15 hours to charge. A week or so later it started to lose charge in a ridiculously short time. I did a little internet searching and narrowed the probable causes to a faulty charging port for the first symptom and faulty battery for the second. A few minutes on Youtube provided a number of hugely helpful 'how to... ' tutorials so I decided to give home repair a go. (None of the local IT 'experts' were remotely interested in taking on the job.) Having watched the tutorials it was clear that the hard part would be actually getting into the guts of the machine so I ordered this item plus a new battery (£18.53) and a '21 in 1 Opening Pry Tool Repair Kit for Smart Phone Disassembly and Repair' (£5.99) My experience has shown that the tool kit was a good idea. With all the necessary items to hand the job proved to be fairly straightforward and with 20 minutes work plus an expenditure of a little over £30 the tablet is now working as good as new.. This has saved an outlay of £400 plus for a new tablet.A few points to note - 1 . Separating the casing is a job not to be rushed - take your time and be gentle! 2.The disassembly involves removing six of the smallest screws I have ever seen - if you have less than excellent near field vision you will struggle. 3. The 21 in 1 kit has everything EXCEPT the essential and very tiny Phillips type screwdriver - fortunately this comes with this charging port kit.

Fixed slow charging problem on Galaxy Tab S
Incredibly quick and easy to fit. Came with all the required tools.My Tablet is now charging as it was when I first bought it.

Very good value and easy to fit
This new connector kit fixed the charging problem on my 3 year old Galaxy Tab S with about 15 minutes work following one of the 'how to' videos on YouTube. What's really good is it includes the tools you need to do the job. Very good value.

A complete product and the tools required
Product wrapped appropriately and a timely delivery. Utube was a great help in replacing the defective part.

Charge ok but card reader is faulty
Received the item quickly. It easy to install. Charged fine. However the SD card reader is faulty. I had to remove the back of the tablet and apply pressure to the reader with my finger for it to be recognised by the tablet. As soon as I removed my finger, the card reader would disappear. I ended up reinstalling my old usb port.

Works well charging and tethering my DLSR camera
Purchased due to USB connector fatigue. Simple to fit with the help of YouTube videos.

j'avais déjà changé la batterie de ma tablette Samsung Tab S (T800) mais le résultat était moyen.J'ai donc décidé de changer le connecteur de charge. Celui-ci s'adapte parfaitement, y compris les petites encoches. Il suffit de regarder des tutos sur le net et de suivre pas à pas. Honnêtement, ce n'est pas compliqué. Le plus dur est de retirer la plaque arrière.Le connecteur fourni est exactement celui qu'il faut, le lecteur de carte SD fonctionne parfaitement.Le résultat est que la charge de ma tablette est beaucoup + rapide. De plus, avant j'étais obligé d'utiliser seulement certains cables micro usb, maintenant tous mes cables fonctionnent.Le seul hic ici concerne les outils fournis. Ne comptez pas dessus !il manque une pièce essentielle en plastique pour ouvrir la coque arrière sans l'abîmer. Les tournevis fournis font 4,5 cm de long. On est + sur des gadgets (je ne les ai pas utilisés). il manque également les vis pour fixer le connecteur.Il est donc nécessaire d'acheter en +, un kit d'ustensiles de réparation de tablette / téléphone.Pour les vis, ce n'est pas très grave car on peut réutiliser celles d'origine.J'ai mis la note de 5 car de toute façon, il ne faut pas se lancer dans la réparation de sa tablette sans les outils spécifiques. Le connecteur (et c'est bien ça qu'on achète) est exactement celui qu'il faut.

Finally both slots working thank you.On first item memory card slot didn't worked. Post replacement it got worked.
