Good not great as they stick together and hard to get out of the container.

I am enjoying this supplement very much. I am having two myself and I give one to my kid every night. It does not give the druggy effects of melatonin but rather calms and makes it possible that I do not wake up throughout the night. Nor does my 2 year old. And it tastes AMAZING. He would definitely eat the whole bottle if I left him unsupervised. O so would I if I could not control myself.

Love the flavor and easy to chew. Wanted magnesium glycine in a chewable form. Good value for two bottles.

Purchased these 5 times. Not sure if they really work or not but they taste very good, and my kids love them. However, looks like they stopped making these with the added Magnesium Threonate, which is what I preferred vs the Malate. And they increased the price of what I thought was already too high for the number of gummies that you actually getWill have to find a new Mg source.

Got these for our family for sleeping better and some on going constipation, seems to be working my husband has been sleeping till 5:30 instead of 2
