So comfortable.
The old rope was starting to crush my fingers. This makes so much difference and able to add more weight now. Highly recommended.

If you struggle with grip strength, Get this product.
Really great product feels very good in the hands. This may be only because I have larger hands, however I am able to wrap my thumb around the top of the grip allowing me to use it as almost a hook. This decreases my need for my grip strength or lack there of and allows me to really focus on my triceps.

Great for those with golfers elbow!
I’ve struggled on and off with golfers elbow for about 10 years. This limits my range of motion when doing any type of arm exercises but this tricep attachment is perfect and lets me do pull downs and overhead extensions without any pain! The ergo grip is where it’s at!
