Printer arrived in box that was already opened, noticed that some of the instructions were written on but didn't think much of it, installed drivers, setup WiFi etc printer worked as described and was brilliant, today when switched on WiFi option not available, tried to contact brother but there appears to be an issue with the model option. I have a number of brother printers in the office all of which have proved ultra reliable over the years. Hopefully this issue can be resolved in a speedy fashion so I can upgrade the feedback to a higher star rating. Further update after contacting Brother customer support, they provided a simple fix and the printer is absolutely brilliant. Confident that the printer will provide excellent service over the coming years.

very difficult to get working

I’ve sent the QL-1110NWBc back after problems with Bluetooth & Wi-Fi connectivity which seems to be a fairly common problem. But after spending days deigning labels on the iprint brother app I’ve decided to cut my losses and ordered a ql1100 usb only model. It’s got the capacity to print 6x4 inch proper shipping labels and costs about the same! I like the range and quality of labels and the print quality is very good but the QL820nwbc is a bit of a pain. I’m hoping the less convenient usb only printer does the job, fingers crossed.

This printer took a little bit of getting to know, but within an hour, I'd gone through and set it up on my network and been able to print labels remotely. The instructions are quite clear but could be better in places. The shining star though is the software, with many presets which cover a lot of use cases and make it quick and easy to design the labels that you need. Would certainly recommend to anybody who needs a reliable label printer that needs to be used from multiple devices (did you realise they even have a mobile app)
