Good self help book

Ignore my writing in the book to myself lol. Just a habit I learned to help me process. When I started my healing journey in late July of 2024, this was one of the first books I came across and purchased.In my journey, this book will make you come to a real truths that you can't just ignore anymore. The small poems are actually easier to read at least one everyday instead of long ones that can be a little overwhelming. I recommend this book for anyone who starts a "I want to heal or I love me" journey. You'll need to confront some stuff first in order to love yourself first.

I have purchased this book to assist in the beginning of my journey to loving myself.This book isn't really a book and doesn't have any meaning page to page. However it does have helpful sentences and really hits home and makes you think. Some people may only read one sentence a day and work on that and continue to read one a day their after.

Great book, well put together. Noticed on the 3rd poem though there may be a typo “why am I going through all these”- this?

I bought this book because I kept seeing parts of it on Instagram. I'm glad I did! Even though it was a quick read, I found that this book spoke to me in volumes. As someone who loves and cares so passionately about the people in my life, I tend to not have any love left for myself and end up being mistreated by the people I give my all to anyway. This book felt so good to read and I hope for more books by this author!

Such a great, short read plus being able to go back and reread for different seasons of your life ☺️

A must read. Each page is short but full of wisdom.
