Adapted a rear mount pressure gauge with a 1/8-inch NPT pattern to work in another housing with 1/4-inch NPT housing.

Used to attach a showerhead to hose.
Just cut the hose, slid the coupling over the end of the hose, dropped some superglue in there, and let it dry. Superglue can be a hazardous mess if you don't know how to use it.
