The old bucket and mop days should be behind us by now. I've tried many replacements over the last few years but none have really answered the age-old problem of mopping floors adequately. When I saw this one on Amazon, I rather liked the idea that it uses microfibre cloths. I've become quite an advocate for microfibre products, and so I had to order this one. Microfibre is famous for giving the best cleaning results with no horrible smears.This mop comes in a plain cardboard box and has to be assembled. There is little in the way of instructions but the assembly is quite intuitive. In use, it's very easy to use and the results have been very impressive. Received mine yesterday and like the mop in general however I can't make the spray function work despite several attempts. I have taken advice and re-connected the handle several times as I'm told this "re-sets" the spray function however this has not worked. Also the bottle seems to leak at the point of connection. Not happy!!!

I bought this product several months ago when I first got my new flooring. I had one in my old house and it was very expensive, it cost me forty pounds at the time and I loved it, only after a couple of years it snapped in half from rust. I purchased this one immediately remembering how amazing my previous mop was and how much easier it made my life. Unfortunately, this one is not as sturdy, the bottle randomly falls off, or disconnects itself so you have to remove it and put it back on once more to get it to spray. I wondered if mine was broken so looked into the return policy and after thirty days there was no option to return it, I am at the point after a few months where I now either have to bite the bullet and buy a new mop as mine seems to suddenly leak all over the floor if i put any fluids in it, or go for a better model. So don't purchase this mop, spend a little extra and hopefully it will be a much better mop than this one.

Brilliant, makes floor washing quick & easy, only slight issue is the bottle sometimes need pushing right in to allow for the spray & it leaks if the mop is turned upside down. Well worth the money, saves hours.

great mop so easy to use. Unfortunately the water I put in the bottle was too hot and the bottle melted. Now I'm trying to find a replacement bottle without any luck so far so the mop is defunct. Can anyone help?

Good product but the handle broke after 5 months, so I opted for the Russell Hobs floor steamer. Spent a bit more money for a better product.

Brought this to replace a similar product I purchased from Sainsbury's but unfortunate this produce did not live up to my expectations and it is quiet frustrating to use. The main issue I experienced was the handle pole which comes in two parts is very flimsy and doesn't seem to have a good connection to make it a solid pole, the spray mechanism doesn't work after a few sprays so I have to take the bottle out and back in again to release the air to get it to spray again. The most frustrating part is the bottle falls out and doesn't stay connected. I would not recommend this product and next time I will purchase from a store
