He usado éste producto por algunos años, es muy efectivo. Ayuda a eliminar la migraña. Son láminas grandes, puedes cortarlas y utilizar una parte para mayor duración.

I get hot flashes and migraines when I’m PMSing and on my period and these are a total game changer. I don’t know why but I’ve never been able to find them in stores in the states so I’m glad I can at least get them online! It may seem like a random thing that won’t really do anything but at least for me these have been absolutely amazing. Works quickly and immediately helps to alleviate my symptoms. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the same boat as me with hot flashes and migraines!
