I read and religiously used The 3 minute Positivity Journal and am now on the 3 Minute happiness Journal. Positivity. Happiness. Joyfulness. Deciding to wake up joyful...that's a choice I have made from reading the journals. Reading those journals, along with other books.. have really helped me through a difficult time. And I love the Instagram posts.

This Journal Will Be Your Life Study Buddy
I valued Kristen’s 1st Journal (3 Minute Positivity Journal) so much that when I ran out of pages, I made copies of the last pages before I wrote on them & pasted new quotes & Positivity prompts on them to tide me over until this new Journal FINALLY came out. It’s that good and that habit forming!!! Her Journals have EVERYTHING that a good therapist will tell you to practice for a healthy & happy life: Gratitude thoughts, Affirmations, Inspirational Quotes, Wellness Checks, Mental Health Checks, Happiness Prompts, Prioritizing Goals, Wins for the day, Thoughts & Notes! What used to take me several hours a day to research & gather & figure out what I needed to journal about each day, now takes just a few minutes because Kristen has done all of the research & organizing — all we have to do is open our minds & hearts & let our thoughts flow onto the paper!! I used to skip journaling for days at a time because I couldn’t manage to find enough quiet time to sit down with my thoughts & write them down. But now I look forward to starting & ending my days with my 3 Minute journal! I haven’t missed a day since I started! And this new one has 90 days of pages — and wider margins — so we can jot down extra thoughts! This is a great tool for people who want to make the most out of each and every day of their lives!

It really does work
I was skeptical at first, I have tried a lot of "self help" books. This one is different, you don't realize you are changing your thinking as it is happening. You just fill out the journal and through thoughtfulness and habit you slowly change the way your thinking. You can tell, because there are check in points and when you pause and think about it you realize huh I have become more positive. Thank you for this book ❤️

A life Savior
I am going through a divorce and I brought this journal. This journal helped me to understand how grateful I was even though one chapter of my life was closing. But I had so many things to be thankful for and goals to set to work towards them in away that were attainable. A great journal and I will buy the next one that comes out.

Life changer for me
I was going through a very dark place in my life filled with depression, grief and loss and I was desperate for change. I love how the entries daily have positive affirmations to live by and very simple short prompts and goals to write. Also I am a substance abuse counselor and the way this journal is formatted I present it in my groups and have had a few of my clients report positive growth since participating in this journey of journaling

Get journal especially for inexperienced or beginner journalers! Motivational quotes help focus on positive mental health/thinking and happiness!

Second one!
I have gotten the positivity journal by same author. This is very similar. Love the layout. It has the prompts and quotes to get your day started and wind down. Has a free write section designed into it as well. Love that it only takes a few minutes so it helps me journal every day. Highly recommend to add to your daily routine for a positive day!

I bought this book on recommendation from a yoga expert. Battling low moods following a bereavement I’ve decided to take my well being seriously . I’ve found this book a useful tool. Probably, one of the best journals!
I like this journal because of its simplicity and ease of use. This journal may help you in self-discovery and to heal from your dark phase of life. Daily small practices like Gratitude, Affirmations, and following proper Morning and Evening Routines suggested in this journal, if followed with consistency, truly hold the power to change one's life. You just need to be honest and consistent with it.
